My name is Mohamed Jomni and am a Clinical Monitoring Manager, based in the UK. I manage a Team of CRAs which covers the UK and EU countries. I outline all my activities, education and background here.

I have previously worked as Clinical Trial Manager, which allowed me to apprehend and acquire the competences to Manage Projects. And before that have worked as a Monitor, mainly in France and the UK. Role in which I quickly grew and acquired my Seniority.

I am also a CRA Trainer - Conference Speaker, have been for 5+ years, have trained 500+ people to the CRA job and furthermore collaborate with prestigious training schools in Paris and London, acknowledged by employers and companies across the Industry. Activities to which can be added those of Coach, where I complete targeted individual coaching, in e.g. career strategy and networking.

I also have an expertise in Pedagogy & Andragogy Engineering that allowed me to develop my contents and approaches so it leads to efficient acquisition of knowledge and competences required for the Clinical Research jobs.

These different experiences have allowed me to precisely identify the exact needs for CRAs and newcomers to the job ; and bring a meticulous answer in terms of trainings, methodologies and contents, to ensure competences and mindset acquisition by my audiences.
